Monthly sessions can work for maintenance once you've built a foundation. But starting monthly won't give you the consistency needed to see real shifts.
For packages: Most clients meet bi-weekly, which gives time to practice between sessions while maintaining thread and accountability.
For single sessions: I recommend booking at least 3-4 sessions bi-weekly to start. Once you've built momentum, we can adjust.
Some shifts happen immediately. Deep transformation unfolds over months. I recommend at least 12 sessions for sustainable change.
Yes. If you start with single sessions and want to commit to the Integration Journey, we can apply one session's cost toward the package within the first month of working together.
Yes. The Integration Journey (12 sessions) is valid for 7 months from purchase. This ensures momentum and integration. Extensions may be granted if life throws you a curveball—let's talk.
Our work happens in scheduled Zoom sessions. Between sessions, you'll have exercises and practices to integrate what we've explored. Email is available for scheduling and logistics only—not for coaching support. This helps you build self-reliance and keeps our session time focused.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less notice are forfeited (packages) or charged in full (single sessions).
